artwork by Randy BoltonDidn’t take advantage of the great real estate buys in the early 1990’s?  Well, now is your chance to take advantage of another great buyers market.  Below is a snapshot comparing single-family homes and condos in Ship Bottom and Surf City, NJ. These statistics are retrieved from the Jersey Shore MLS.  The time frame we used was Jan 06 through Nov. 25, 2006 vs. Jan 07 through Nov 25, 2007

Avg. sale Jan 06 -Nov 06          $827,465.       Avg. DOM 129

Avg. sale price Jan 07-Nov 07           $769,142.       Avg.  DOM 176

Although the average sales prices of these properties are down over $58,000., home sales are up 45% from the previous years.

Don’t be saying could’ve,would’ve, should’ve 5 years from now!
